Briz is an energetic and passionate r&b/soul vocalist and songwriter who performs with dynamic rhythm section she calls "The Revival". Together they charm and captivate every audience with their sound. Their live sets thrill as they move through different genres. Flawlessly fusing r&b, jazz, rock and funk. Their music is honest and alive.
Nourished by Philly Soul, in 2016 Briz released an independent project “Love And Light”, which Grammy award winning producer Keith Pelzer reviewed: “Love the lyrics, flow and style. Great pen!”
2016 continued to be an exciting year of live performances with the height being the QVC Christmas Parade in West Chester, PA with a crowd of 30,000 people!
In 2017, shortly after Briz was diagnosed with Breast Cancer, She and The Revival lit up the Groove Stage during the Wawa Welcome America - July 4th celebration on the Ben Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia. Briz and The Revival were invited back to the city's largest celebration in 2018 and 2019, warming the stage for acts like Mary J. Blige, Boyz II Men, and Heather Headley.
Members of the band hail from Coatesville and Philadelphia, PA. Briz resides in Plainsboro, NJ with her husband and two daughters. She describes herself as Mrs. Mommy. Singer. Songwriter. Artist. Christian. Buddhist. Yogi. Light-Bender. God's Glory!
